The only purpose for which personal data is collected and maintained is for the purposes of the membership of The Crossword Club, as a result of which We are currently exempt from registering as a Data Controller as defined by the Data Protection Act 2018 (the "Act").

There is currently no direct comments section on our site. Communications are welcome directly to the address or email addresses provided.

For users that subscribe through our website, we will store the personal information provided in order to facilitate membership of The Crossword Club. All users can ask to see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see, edit and/or delete that information.
